Items must be in original condition — no perfume, makeup, or signs of wear. Intimate apparel, final-sale pieces, and personalized items may be excluded where noted on the product page.

To start a return, contact us with your order number and the items you wish to send back. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping costs on returns are the customer”s responsibility unless we shipped an incorrect or defective item.
